My dream vacation would be to take the whole summer to travel Europe. I have always wanted to go to Scandinavia and see Sweden and Norway. I would also spend a lot of time in Scotland and Ireland throughout the countryside. I would also like to take some of my friends with me since I don't have to worry about expenses.

Insidious, Overweening, Contentious, Incredulous
The principal staged an insidious plot to catch any children who were shirking from their responsibilities. When he found a student in the hallway he confronted him but this began a contentious argument. The principal was so overweening that he refused to listen to reason when the student tried explaining himself. Proving to be more incredulous than fair.

Favorite Mythological Hero or Story
The story of Hercules is probably my favorite mythological hero story. This is my favorite story because it is mainly about Hercule's feats of strength and bravery. The stories themself are also very interesting to read and listen to.

Freshman Run Day!
The freshman run day was very fun and I enjoyed it a lot. It did take a while to finally have it but it was worth the wait. I got to meet more of my fellow freshman and play many different games with them. My favorite part was playing running bases with some of the seniors. The challenge for the freshman to beat the seniors was really fun. I think the only think that could have been better was the time organization which was not always well kept.

Word-Up-Wednesday: Squall, Prodigious, Plundered, Bored (use as a verb)
Martha: What do you think the squall will do to the town?
Cathy: I'm not sure but I would stay inside.
Martha: Why is that?
Cathy: The mad pirate is planning on plundering the bank under the cover of the squall. He will use it as cover and he will bore under the vault and make a prodigious gain.

Play Review!
Romeo and Juliet were incredibly disappointing not that I have finally read the play and seen parts of the movie. Having heard about Romeo and Juliet all my life when anything love-related was being said I would have expected an actual love story. Instead, I read a play about two kids who impulsively got married, and killed themselves in the course of less than a week. This story is the furthest thing from a love story, not the mention the characters are neither mentally nor even physically mature enough for love or marriage. Lastly, the characters in this play all seemed to act in the lowest moral and empathetic way possible, no matter what the situation was the characters all seemed to make the one choice that would further the plot toward tragedy.

Word up Wednesday: Peruse, ambiguities, inexorable, discern
While perusing through the biology textbook, Shawn was perplexed with the ambiguities of genetic mutations. However, Shawn was incredibly inexorable and thoroughly read the text as to discern the information that so confused him.

Help! (Not just a Beatles song)
When I need help, depending on the situation I go to either my parents or my close friends. When I go to my parents they are helpful because they have wisdom that I may not, which can help me solve whatever problem I have. When I go to my friends for help they are helpful because they can relate to my issue and think about the problem as if it were their own.
